Shipping Rates:

  • U.S.: $5 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $120
  • Canada & International: Calculated at checkout based on carrier choice

Fast Processing: Orders ship within 24 hours, often faster

Tracking: You'll get an email with tracking details once your package is on its way

Delivery Time: Typically 5–8 business days

Returns

Return Period: Return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, undamaged, and must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a Return: Contact us at arponcho1@gmail.com to get a return label and instructions. Returns without a prior request won’t be accepted.

Exclusions: Sale items, in-store purchases, and gift cards are non-returnable.

What happens after I place an order?

Once received, your order is packed and shipped within 1 business day, and we’ll email you a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order after submitting it?

Yes, just email us at arponcho1@gmail.com or send a request through the chat box.

How do I check my order status?

After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Use it to follow your package’s journey through UPS or USPS.

How can I report a delivery issue?

If there's a problem and your package shows as delivered, check with your local post office. You may need to file a claim with the carrier, as ArPoncho is responsible up until it reaches the carrier.

What payment options do you accept?

All major payment methods except cash. Scroll to the page footer to view accepted cards.

Is sales tax applied to my order?

Sales tax is charged where applicable based on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping within the U.S. is a fixed $5. International shipping rates depend on your region.

Do you provide Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery?

We currently don’t offer same-day delivery.

What is your international shipping policy?

International orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days through your local carrier.

How can I request an exchange?

Email us at arponcho1@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, and send the item back in its original packaging to us. We’ll process the exchange within 5–8 business days of receiving it.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days if items are unused, in original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by the receipt.

Can I purchase from outside the U.S.?

Yes! Simply provide a U.S. shipping address or any other international address.

Do you have a mortar-and-brick store?

No, we don’t have a permanent store, but you can visit us in New York from November to December 2024 at Bryant Park Winter Village and Union Square Market, as well as in June to September at Chelsea Market. Check our website for dates and directions!
